The terms, in plain English
Last updated 20 October 2026. These terms are between you (a business) and R P JACKSON LTD, trading as Rich Jackson, company number 13224794, registered in England and Wales, with a US mailing address at 11816 Inwood Rd #1295, Dallas, TX 75244 ("I", "me").
1. What I do
I run outbound email campaigns for your business: I set up separate sending addresses, find companies that fit the buyers you describe, write to them on your behalf and pass every reply to you.
2. Fees
There is no setup fee. The monthly fee for the plan you choose is charged in advance each month by card, starting when you sign up. The first month's fee is not refundable, because the work and the costs start straight away: domains, inboxes, warm-up and targeting. Prices are as shown at checkout, including any sales tax that applies.
Base fee plus a fee per call (Business plans and above, by agreement). Where we agree it in writing before you start, a Business plan or larger can run on a lower base fee plus $125 for each held call. A held call is a call or meeting with a company I contacted for you, booked through your campaign, that takes place with you or your team. A booking that is cancelled or not attended is not charged; if it is rebooked and held, it is. Held calls are listed on your monthly invoice and charged with the next month's base fee. The base fee and the per-call fee are set in writing when you start and do not change while your plan runs.
3. How long, and canceling
The minimum term is one month from your first monthly payment. After that you can cancel anytime by emailing me before your next billing date. The service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Part months are not refunded.
4. Your part
You confirm that you sell to businesses, that what you tell me about your business and offer is accurate, that you are entitled to offer it, and that you are happy for me to contact companies about it on your behalf. You agree to reply to the people who answer.
5. Doing it within the rules
I contact companies in the UK and the United States, and in other countries only where the law there allows it. I never contact companies in Germany or Austria. Every campaign follows the rules of the country where the companies it writes to are based: in the US the CAN-SPAM Act, and in the UK the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. In the US I write to businesses only, never to personal addresses, with a real postal address in every email and an opt-out that is honored for good, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. In the UK I write only to companies (limited companies, LLPs and PLCs), never to sole traders, as the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations require. Every email carries the required sender details and an opt-out that is honored for good. I can pause or change a campaign if it puts deliverability at risk, or would break the law or the email providers' rules, and I will tell you why.
6. My guarantees
Volume. Your first month is the warm-up month: your sending addresses build up to full speed, and any companies not reached in it are carried into month two. From month two, if I contact fewer companies in a month than your plan includes, I refund that share of the month's fee (for example, 450 of 500 means 10% back) within 14 days of the month ending. This does not apply to any shortfall caused by you pausing the campaign, holding back approval of your emails, or asking me to narrow your targeting below the plan size, or by there being fewer companies matching your brief than your plan includes (we agree the plan size before you start).
Inbox. Your campaign is tested for inbox placement by independent tools every week. If a test shows your emails landing in spam, I fix it, and a quarter of that month's fee is taken off your next payment for each week affected.
The 5 Reply Guarantee. If your campaign does not bring you at least 5 interested replies in its first 60 days, your third month is free. An interested reply is one that asks to talk, to learn more or for a price. The 60 days start when your first emails go out. This applies as long as you approved your emails within 5 working days of receiving them and kept your plan running for the whole 60 days.
7. Results
Beyond the replies guarantee in section 6, I cannot guarantee replies, meetings or sales. Any figures I give, such as a typical reply rate, are ranges and not promises.
8. Data
Information about the companies I contact is handled under my privacy notice. Replies are passed to you, and you then deal with those contacts under your own data protection obligations.
9. Liability
My total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim. I am not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
